YOU NEED 1 glas of coconut water 1 glas of almond milk 1/2 glas of hemp protein or hemp seeds
1/2 bundle of parsley
1/4 of cucumber
1 tea spoon of curcuma
Peal the cucumber and cut it in pieces
Wash the parsley and cut it roughly
Put all ingredients in the blender, add coconut water and almond milk
Mix it !
The parsley is full of DAO, which helps to decrease the histamine. Curcuma heals inflammation, cucumber hydrates your system
Almond milk gives you good unsaturated fats and Omega 3
Coconut water has all electrolytes your body needs
