PULLING OR SWISHING OIL HELPS TO IMPROVE YOUR ORAL HEALTH
For me oil pulling is part of my daily routine, just like cleaning my face or brushing my teeth. It helps to keep bad breath away and even if I had a coffee in the morning or if my tongue seems filthy and white the oil always takes everything away. It takes only 10-15 minutes of my time and to be honest and like to pull the oil while I am riding my bike or scooter, this even helps to safe some time in the morning and I can spit the oil out on the way instead of dropping the oil everywhere in my house.
WHY IS OIL PULLING SO HEALTHY?
This ancient technique comes from Ayurveda and includes goggling and swishing the oil in your mouth and throat to remove bacterias. The bacterias are soaked in by the oil and washed out of your mouth. The oil takes the mucus out , helps to keep the teeth clean, heals infections in the gum and keeps your gum strong.
