TRAVELING GETS MORE EASY WITH THE RIGHT FOOD PREPARATION
Being vegan or raw vegan is a great thing, except you are invited to a steak house or you are going on travels. The food I get served in air lanes and the variety of vegan snacks at airports and railway stations is quite frustrating, not even mentioned the plastic and aluminium used to wrapped the food in. To stop being frustrated, hangry (angry and hungry) and stressed about food on my travels I prepare my lunch box with all the goodies that nourish and hydrate me.
The food you get in the airplanes is causing constipation and is full of cheap fats and stabilizers.
It contains toxic salts and MSG which may cause swellings in your legs, feet and face. As you travel your body already undergoes enormous stress, therefore I support ,y system with light, clean food, like legumes and fruits.
WHY IS RAW FOOD MAKING THE TRAVEL MORE EASY ?
Water regulates the body temperature, eliminates toxins and carries oxygen in our body. When I eat a lot of fruits and raw veggies my body can absorb the water and keep the system flushed with nutrients. Eating fruits and veggies high in Potassium, Sodium and Magnesium during travels gives me all the minerals and electrolytes I need.

LUNCH BOX PREPARATION
I prefer to use different containers for fruits and vegetables, it makes everything stay more fresh and more tasty.
